It is a special tradition of The Danish House in Palestine  Sunday the 6th of January 7:00 PM - we invite all of you, old and and new friends, for our FREE New Year Concert 2019

MUSIC CAN EMPOWER, teach and inspire. It can bring people together across borders and generations. This is a believe shared by renowned American violinist Peter Sulski, who has a background in the @LondonSymphonyOrchestra, and @AlKamandjati – a Palestinian music school dedicated to teaching children about Palestinian culture and spreading music to all layers of society.

"To empower the creativity of young persons, making them aware of their Palestinian national identity,” is how Al Kamandjati describes their vision.

-Peter Sulski, a teacher in his own right at the @CollegeOfTheHolyCross, also underline the importance of teaching the next generation about Palestine, as his coordinator, Evette Hilaneh, says:
“Peter is hoping to change the perception of Palestine in the eyes of Americans by bringing students with him on his annual tour. This year he is not able to bring students, so he is dedicating more time to teaching Palestinian children and giving concerts around the West Bank in all the major cities.”

-JOIN US Sunday for this special combination of traditional Palestinian instruments and an American violinist - in The Danish House, Ramallah Tahta, just behind Falafel Abu Khalil.
